Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) at least 3 months ago
- You have stiffness in your lower leg or foot muscles that limits movement
- You can walk on your own, with or without a cane, walker, or other aid
- You have not received botulinum toxin (Botox) injections in your affected leg in the last 3 months
- You do not have severe heart, lung, or other medical conditions that would make exercise unsafe
