Who can take part

  • You are diagnosed with sarcopenic obesity (both excess body fat and muscle loss)
  • Your BMI is 25 kg/m² or higher (using Asian health guidelines)
  • You meet sarcopenia criteria according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia
  • You do not have heart disease, kidney disease, or active cancer treatment
  • You do not have other medical conditions that significantly affect muscle mass
