  • You have a complex congenital heart disease (a serious heart defect present from birth)
  • You had or are planning to have heart surgery or a procedure during pregnancy
  • You were enrolled in a Chinese national heart disease surgery database or are eligible to be
  • You are willing to sign consent and attend follow-up visits regularly
  • You don't have severe additional birth defects or serious other health problems that would make participation unsafe
