Who can take part

  • Be 18–75 years old
  • Have one of seven specific autoimmune nerve or brain diseases that is resistant to standard treatments
  • Meet disability and symptom severity thresholds specific to your condition (measured by EDSS, mRS, MG-ADL, or similar scales)
  • Have adequate blood cell counts, liver, kidney, heart, and blood clotting function
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding; agree to use birth control for at least 6 months after treatment
  • Not have active infections, cancer in past 5 years, hepatitis B/C, HIV, or certain psychiatric conditions
