Who can take part
- You have type 2 diabetes diagnosed at least 6 months ago
- You've been on stable oral diabetes medications for at least 3 months
- You are between 18 and 75 years old (approximately)
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 35.0 kg/m²
- You do not have type 1 diabetes or other specific types of diabetes
- You are willing to keep a consistent meal and exercise routine during the trial
