  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your heart's left wall is thickened (at least 12 mm thick) based on an ultrasound
  • Your heart ultrasound shows warning signs that suggest you might have cardiac amyloidosis
  • You do not already have a confirmed diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis
  • Your heart ultrasound images are clear enough for the AI tool to analyze
  • You are willing to sign an informed consent form
