Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You are overweight or have obesity (BMI over 25)
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-advanced fatty liver disease (MASLD grade 3) confirmed by imaging
- Your liver is not severely scarred (stiffness less than 13 kPa)
- You drink no more than 20 grams of alcohol per day if female, or 30 grams if male (roughly 1–2 drinks)
- Your weight has been stable for the last 6 months (no change greater than 5%)
