Who can take part

  • You were at least 18 years old when you were injured
  • You had a confirmed serious sacral fracture (lowest spine bone) that was unstable and required surgery
  • You had lumbopelvic fixation surgery (spine-to-pelvis stabilization) between 2016 and 2024
  • Your medical records include preoperative and postoperative imaging (X-rays or CT scans) and surgical notes
  • You have at least 12 months of follow-up care after surgery
