Who can take part
- Age 18–60 years
- Confirmed disc displacement (misalignment inside the jaw joint) diagnosed by imaging
- Jaw pain that worsens when you move your jaw or open your mouth
- Reduced jaw opening or limited jaw function
- Symptoms lasting at least 3 months despite conservative treatments (splints, therapy, anti-inflammatories)
- No prior jaw surgery or injections into the joint in the last 6 months
