  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • The disc in your jaw joint moves out of place but goes back in when you open your mouth.
  • You have pain in your jaw joint.
  • Your mouth opening is limited (you cannot open as wide as normal).
  • You have not had any injections or procedures in your jaw joint before.
