- You are 18 to 64 years old and in good general health.
- You have already received a complete COVID-19 vaccine series and at least one booster, with the last dose at least 16 weeks ago.
- You do not have any lung, nose, or sinus disease that requires daily medication.
- You have not smoked or used any nicotine products (including vaping) in the last 3 months.
- You are willing to use effective birth control (if applicable) and not get pregnant or breastfeed during the study.
