COVID-19 booster vaccine for older adults and high-risk people
Part of Infections, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests an updated COVID-19 booster vaccine designed to improve protection for people who are older or have health conditions that increase their risk of severe COVID-19. If you qualify, you would receive one dose of the study vaccine and be monitored for safety and immune response.

This study looks at how well a COVID-19 booster works in adults who need long-term medicines that lower immune response. It aims to see whether immunosuppressed people benefit from booster vaccination safely.
This study tests a new nasal spray booster vaccine for COVID-19. It looks at safety and how well it boosts your immune system. If you've had your primary shots and a booster, this might help improve your protection.
This study tests a new type of COVID-19 vaccine that is designed to train your immune system to make stronger, longer-lasting protection. You may be able to join if you are 40–64, have already had at least two doses of a mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) more than 4 months ago, and are generally healthy.
This trial tests a new nasal spray COVID-19 booster vaccine. It aims to see if the vaccine is safe and produces a strong immune response when given through the nose and inhaled, in people who have already been vaccinated.
This study tests an updated mRNA COVID-19 vaccine to see how well it boosts immunity and how safe it is. It may help protect you from severe COVID-19 if you are older or have certain health conditions.
