Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism (low parathyroid hormone and low calcium) for at least 6 months
- Your hypoparathyroidism is not well controlled by calcium and vitamin D supplements, or you cannot tolerate those treatments
- Your BMI is between 17 and 40
- If you are 25 or younger, you have completed bone growth (confirmed by wrist X-ray)
- You are not allergic to the study drug or polyethylene glycol (PEG)
