- You are 18 years or older.
- You have hypoparathyroidism (from surgery, autoimmune, genetic, or unknown cause) for at least 6 months.
- You are currently taking palopegteriparatide (TransCon PTH) at 30 micrograms per day or more.
- Your kidney function is at least 30% of normal.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have any other condition that affects calcium levels, like pseudohypoparathyroidism.
