  • You are an adult age 18 or older
  • You have hypoparathyroidism confirmed by past low calcium with low parathyroid hormone (PTH) on two blood tests
  • Your hypoparathyroidism type can be surgical, autoimmune, genetic, or other causes
  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent (in writing)
  • You can follow study visits and any routine rules during the study
  • You are not pregnant (and the study excludes pregnancy)
