Who can take part
- You have kappa-restricted multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment after at least 2 prior therapy lines
- You have received at least one proteasome inhibitor and one immunomodulatory drug as part of your previous treatments
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver function are adequate (will be checked with blood tests and heart imaging)
- You have adequate blood cell counts (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, lymphocytes within safe ranges)
- You are at least 18 years old and in good enough overall health (ECOG score 0–2) with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- You are willing to use effective contraception for at least 2 months after cell infusion if you can become pregnant or father children
