Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (MASLD) by imaging or biopsy
  • You have at least one heart-health risk factor, such as overweight (BMI ≥25), type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol
  • You can safely undergo ultrasound imaging with no medical contraindications
  • You do not drink more than 20 grams of alcohol per day (if female) or 30 grams per day (if male)
  • You have not had a major heart event in the past 6 months and can complete follow-up visits
