Comparing Two New Heart Valve Replacement Devices

Severe Aortic Valve Stenosis

Who can take part

  • You have severe aortic stenosis (a significantly narrowed aortic valve confirmed by heart imaging)
  • You have symptoms like shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or fatigue during normal activities (NYHA Class II–IV)
  • Your heart team agrees that catheter-based valve replacement is the right treatment for you
  • Your heart anatomy (assessed by CT scan) is suitable for both valve types being tested
  • You can take blood-thinning medications and attend all follow-up appointments for at least 1 year
