Who can take part
- Had a heart attack (STEMI) within the last 6 months
- Heart pumping strength between 35–50% (measured at least 40 days after heart attack)
- Age 18–80 years old
- Taking optimal heart medications (beta-blockers and other standard treatments)
- No pacemaker or defibrillator device already implanted
- No serious conditions like cancer, liver failure, or kidney failure
