Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell sample
  • You completed 3–4 cycles of initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy without your cancer getting worse
  • Your cancer is measurable on imaging scans (RECIST 1.1 criteria)
  • You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself with minimal help (ECOG score 0–2)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys) are adequate; specific lab values will be checked
  • You agree to use birth control during treatment and for 6 months after, if you can have children
