Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You were diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke (sudden blocked blood vessel in the brain)
  • You received endovascular therapy (catheter-based treatment) for your stroke between 2018 and 2026
  • You had a stroke severity score (NIHSS) of 6 or higher when admitted
  • You received contrast dye (iodinated contrast medium) during your treatment procedure
  • Your kidney function before and after the procedure can be measured through blood tests
