Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with Graves' orbitopathy (thyroid-related eye disease) with moderate-to-severe symptoms affecting daily activities
  • Active disease with a Clinical Activity Score of 3 or higher, AND have either failed high-dose steroids (at least 3 grams of IV methylprednisolone) or cannot safely take steroids due to other health conditions
  • Thyroid function is controlled or stable on medication for at least 4 weeks before entering the study
  • Women of childbearing age must use effective birth control during and for 4 weeks after the study
  • No sight-threatening complications, recent eye surgery, or use of certain other biologic drugs in the past 3 months
