Who can take part

  • You are at least 14 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with alveolar soft part sarcoma that is advanced, spread to other parts of the body, or cannot be surgically removed, and you have never received chemotherapy or other systemic cancer treatment for it
  • Your overall health and ability to function in daily life is good (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities)
  • Your blood counts, liver function, and kidney function meet minimum safe levels for the study
  • You have not had another cancer in the past 5 years (some exceptions apply, like cured skin cancer or cervical cancer in situ)
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after, and agree not to become pregnant or father children
