Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have had shoulder pain for more than 3 months that hasn't improved with other treatments like physical therapy
  • You have been diagnosed with shoulder tendinopathy or subacromial pain syndrome (inflammation or strain of shoulder tendons)
  • You can attend all scheduled therapy sessions and follow-up visits
  • You don't have metal implants or electronic devices like a pacemaker in your shoulder area
  • You don't have a severe rotator cuff tear that needs surgery, recent shoulder injury, or active inflammatory diseases
