  • You have severe aplastic anemia (SAA) and are scheduled to receive a stem cell transplant
  • You are female, between 14 and 50 years old, and have regular periods before transplant
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are functioning well enough to safely participate
  • You have not gone through menopause and do not have ovary or gynecological conditions like PCOS or endometriosis
  • You are willing to take goserelin medication during the study and follow all study visits
  • Your doctors expect you to survive at least one year after transplant so your recovery can be monitored
