Who can take part

  • You suspect or have been diagnosed with sleep-disordered breathing (difficulty breathing during sleep)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have not used sleep apnea treatments (like CPAP machines or dental devices) for at least 2 weeks before testing
  • You do not have narcolepsy, sleepwalking, or other neurological sleep disorders
  • You do not have central sleep apnea (a type where your brain doesn't signal your muscles to breathe)
  • You are able to understand and speak German
