AI lifestyle coaching or tirzepatide for weight loss in type 2 diabetes
Treatments studied
Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study compares two approaches to help adults with type 2 diabetes maintain weight loss: using an AI-assisted app that guides lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, sleep, stress), or taking a weekly injectable medication called tirzepatide. The goal is to see which approach works better for keeping weight off long-term.
