Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18–65
- Your TBI happened 1–6 months ago with moderate to severe impact (based on Glasgow Coma Scale score)
- You can commit to 24 weeks of treatment and follow-up visits
- You are fluent in English
- Your medications are stable, and you have not taken testosterone or similar hormone treatments in the past 3 months
- You do not have severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or a history of blood clots
