Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years with a diagnosis of heart failure
- Currently taking stable heart failure medications for at least 4 weeks (water pills for at least 2 weeks)
- Experience shortness of breath or chest tightness with activity (NYHA class II or III)
- Blood test showing elevated heart failure marker (NT-proBNP ≥500 pg/mL)
- Kidney function and blood vessel anatomy suitable for the procedure
- No recent heart attacks, strokes, major surgery, or heart failure flare-ups in the past 1–6 months
