Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with one-sided inner ear weakness (unilateral peripheral vestibular hypofunction)
  • You have had dizziness symptoms for at least 3 months
  • You can safely do water exercises and are able to participate in all study visits
  • You have reasonable balance (Berg Balance Scale score of 21 or higher)
  • You are willing to join the study and follow the program
