  • You are being seen for the first time at the MUHC TMJ clinic for jaw pain or jaw movement problems
  • You live in Quebec and have valid provincial health insurance (RAMQ)
  • You can understand and speak either French or English
  • You have not had jaw joint surgery in the past six months
  • You were not referred directly by a dentist or oral medicine specialist
  • Your jaw problem is not an emergency like a fracture or dislocation
