Motor Imagery Training for Stroke Arm Recovery

This study tests whether imagining arm movements (without actually moving) can help improve arm function in people recovering from stroke. Participants will practice visualizing movements to see if it helps restore strength and control in their affected arm.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) confirmed by CT or MRI scan
- Your stroke occurred more than 3 months ago (late recovery phase or later)
- You have weakness or partial paralysis on one side of your body affecting your arm
- Your arm has some movement ability but is not fully functional (Modified Brunnstrom stage II–V)
- You score 21 or higher on a brief memory and thinking test (MMSE)
