This study tests whether a device or workbook-based training called LEXURE can help people who lost the ability to speak or understand words after a stroke. If you had a stroke at least 3 months ago and struggle with language, this trial may help you regain some communication skills.

Who can take part
- You had a stroke (either bleeding or lack of blood flow to the brain) that caused difficulty speaking or understanding language
- At least 3 months have passed since your stroke
- You are 19 years or older and a native Korean speaker
- Your language difficulty is moderate (tested by a specific speech assessment called K-WAB or PK-WAB-R)
- You can use the training device or workbook without major difficulty and are willing to give written consent
- You are not currently in speech therapy or another language-focused clinical trial
