Who can take part
- You have geographic atrophy (a form of age-related macular degeneration) confirmed by eye imaging, with no foveal involvement
- Your vision in the study eye is between 20/25 and 20/320 on a standard eye chart
- The damaged area in your eye is between 2.5 and 17.5 mm² (about the size of a small grain of rice to a large pea)
- You have not had eye surgery or AMD treatments (except vitamins) in the study eye
- You have not received eye injections in the study eye within the past 3 months
- You do not have diabetic retinopathy, wet AMD, severe myopia, or other retinal diseases that would interfere with the study
