Who can take part
- Mild nearsightedness between 0 and -5.00 diopters (prescription strength)
- Astigmatism (blurred vision at all distances) of -0.75 diopters or less
- Clear vision (20/20 or better) when wearing your best correction
- Eye exam within the last 2 years
- No history of amblyopia (lazy eye), eye disease, or systemic disease affecting eyes
- No current eye-related medications or participation in other eye studies
