Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has returned or stopped responding after at least two rounds of treatment
  • Your leukemia cells must express a protein marker called TSLPR (at least 80% of cancer cells must have it)
  • You must be age 18 or older and able to perform light activities (Karnofsky score of 50 or higher)
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must be functioning well enough to tolerate treatment
  • You must have measurable disease visible on tests (evidence of minimal residual disease or PET-avid disease)
  • You cannot be pregnant, and must use birth control during and for several months after treatment
