Who can take part

  • You previously had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (for blood cancers or certain non-cancer blood/immune conditions)
  • You currently have acute graft-versus-host disease that is Grade 2 to Grade 4
  • Your aGvHD did not respond to first-line steroid treatment (it worsened quickly or did not improve, or only partially improved after a longer steroid-based treatment)
  • Your expected survival is more than 28 days
  • You are age 12 or older
  • Your underlying disease is not clearly coming back or progressing at screening
