This study tests whether a stroke awareness campaign called SURA'A helps people in Diwaniyah recognize stroke warning signs and know what to do in an emergency. You would answer questions before and after the campaign to show what you learned.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and live in Diwaniyah
- You have lived in Diwaniyah for at least 6 months
- You attend one of the selected primary health centers
- You can understand and speak Arabic well enough to answer survey questions
- You can attend two assessment sessions: one before the campaign and one after
- You have not had a previous stroke diagnosis
