Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Good overall health (able to carry out normal activities with minimal assistance)
- Confirmed diagnosis of dedifferentiated liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma that has returned locally after prior surgery and possibly chemotherapy or radiation
- At least one recurrent tumor that can be injected with the study drug and treated with radiation, measuring 3000 cm³ or smaller
- Normal blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart function (ejection fraction ≥50%)
- No spread of cancer to distant sites (or only spread that can be treated with radiation)
