Who can take part

  • Age 18 or older
  • Brain bleeding confirmed by imaging (CT or MRI scan), located in specific brain areas, with bleeding volume between 15–60 mL
  • Symptoms started within 6–48 hours before enrollment
  • Moderate to moderate-severe neurological symptoms (NIHSS score of 8 or higher; Glasgow Coma Scale above 7)
  • No secondary causes of bleeding, such as tumors, blood vessel abnormalities, trauma, or recent blood-thinning medications
  • Able to provide informed consent or have a legal representative do so
