Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 80 years old (exact age depends on which group you join)
- For healthy participants: have a normal weight (BMI between 18.5–30) and weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
- For overweight participants: have a BMI between 30–42 and have stable heart disease risk factors (like high blood pressure) controlled by medicine for at least 3 months
- Not smoke or use nicotine products for at least 1 month before starting
- Not have a history of seizures, major heart disease in the past 6 months, active cancer, or certain infections (hepatitis, HIV, TB)
