Who can take part
- You must have completed the earlier FXS6837 study and your doctor thinks you may benefit from continuing.
- Your kidney function must be at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m², measured by a blood test.
- You need to have had vaccinations against certain bacteria (meningitis and pneumonia) as required in the earlier study, and may need a booster shot.
- You must be able to continue taking your current kidney medicines (like ACE inhibitors or ARBs, SGLT2 inhibitors, ERA, and hydroxychloroquine) at the same dose.
- You must agree to use reliable birth control and avoid pregnancy or donating sperm/eggs during the study and for a short time after.
- You must not have certain health conditions like a weak immune system, organ transplant (except cornea), severe heart or lung disease, or a recent cancer (except certain early-stage ones).
