Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old
  • You have atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) and a stroke risk score of 2 or higher
  • You had a heart attack (either STEMI or NSTEMI type) at least 6 months ago and received a stent
  • You can safely take blood thinners like DOACs or clopidogrel without serious side effects
  • You do not have severe liver disease, advanced kidney disease, or a history of brain bleeding
  • You are not pregnant, planning heart surgery within a year, or unable to follow the study plan
