Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of T-cell or B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL)
- Disease has returned after treatment or is no longer responding to standard therapies, with no curative options available
- Adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys work well enough) and good enough overall health to participate
- No leukemia or lymphoma spread to the central nervous system (brain and spinal fluid)
- No previous treatment with anti-CD127 therapies
- No serious uncontrolled infections at the time of enrollment
