Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 30 years old
  • You exercise moderately, about 2–4 times per week
  • You have not had any significant injuries in the past 6 months
  • You do not currently use shoe inserts or orthotics for foot problems
  • You do not have neurological conditions (like nerve disorders) or heart/cardiovascular disease
  • You are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to participate
