- Age 18–75 and in good overall health based on a geriatric assessment
- Never received treatment for this type of lymphoma (LBCL) before, except possibly steroids
- Able to perform light activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2)

- Classified as intermediate or high risk by AI analysis after your first treatment cycle
- Expected to live at least 3 months
