Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of large B-cell lymphoma that has not spread to the brain or spinal cord.
- You are 70 years or older and considered less fit or frail, or you have chosen not to receive standard chemotherapy.
- You have received one cycle of a two-drug treatment (ZR2) and were classified as intermediate or high risk by an AI-based system.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (lymph node larger than 1.5 cm or other site larger than 1 cm).
- Your overall health status allows for daily activities (ECOG score 0-2) and life expectancy is at least 3 months.
- You have not had any previous lymphoma treatment except steroids.
