Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Pancreatic cancer that is locally advanced (hasn't spread to distant organs) with specific vessel involvement patterns
- Cancer remained stable or improved after at least 2 months of chemotherapy
- Good overall health status (WHO performance score 0–2, meaning you can do most normal activities)
- Approved by a multidisciplinary tumor board as a candidate for this treatment
