Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus (fluid buildup in the brain) and need a shunt procedure
- You are able to provide written consent to participate
- You are not currently taking medications that suppress your immune system
- You are not pregnant
- You are not taking medications that make your skin sensitive to light (such as doxycycline)
