  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer has a KRAS G12C genetic mutation
  • Your cancer has progressed despite at least one prior treatment (including chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy)
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1: able to do most daily activities)
