Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Diagnosed with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer has a KRAS G12C genetic mutation
- Your cancer has progressed despite at least one prior treatment (including chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy)
- At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging
- Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1: able to do most daily activities)
